Thank you for your interest in signing up for the Southlake Wounded Warrior Softball Tourney, Inc. January 23, 2016 Tournament. Follow these steps to sign up and participate in this powerful event:

  • Pick your Team Jersey Color from the list below. We have 26 colors to choose from on a first come, first serve basis.
  • When you click Proceed to Checkout to pay for your team slot, an option exists to create an account. Please click the Create an Account checkbox and create an account so you can access the Team File after the purchase. Your payment will be completed on the PayPal site where you can pay with a PayPal account or a credit card. When you pay, you are picking and locking in your team jersey color.
  • After you purchase a team slot, you can receive the Team File by downloading the File from this web site using these instructions:
    • 1) immediately after your purchase on PayPal, click on the “Return to the Southlake Wounded Warrior Softball Site” comment shown on the PayPal site (this will return you to the Southlake Wounded Warrior Softball Site);
    • 2) click on My Account in the upper right hand;
    • 3) under the words “Available Downloads”, click on the Color Team Jersey – Team File. Or, you can request the Team File by emailing us using the contact us button and asking for the Team File to be emailed to you.
  • Your next step is to submit your team name, roster list, and jersey sizes using the Team File (Excel file with blank slots for team information and the contact information for the Southlake Wounded Warrior Softball Team Coordinator).
  • Please submit all these ASAP, but not later than the January 14 deadline. Like the team colors, team names are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Some important points about the teams are:

  • Teams are coed with a minimum of 5 females and 5 males.
  • Team fee pays for 12 team roster spots.
  • Extra roster spots (above 12) are $42 each and can be purchased on the web site after you pay for your team. Please see the button at the bottom of this page to purchase extra roster spots.
  • Cutoff date for roster submission is January 14.
  • Jerseys are handed out during team check-in on Saturday, January 23.
